Congrats Rachael! I enjoyed hearing you and I feel inspired. I was wanting to write a book for a few years and could never really nail down what the book was to be about, though I knew in my body at a non-verbal level. And I didn't think I could start until I had a clear plan. I changed course last month and started writing short pieces on Substack instead. Best move ever. So I can really relate to your podcast journey. Looking forward to episode 2!
I felt so seen when you talked about your pattern of reaching out to get started, then saying no thanks... on loop. I am at the precipice of diving into offering my medicine out to the world. I feel nervous and excited and so much of what you shared rang true. Thank you for giving me courage and hope!! ❤️🙏🏼
Rachael, when you describe the holding back of your art/ your medicine for years and years I do the same thing. And omg how similar we are about not wanting to do things the way others tell us to do. I’ve worked with business coaches and it was the same thing: things just don’t feel exciting or flowy with that structured planned out way.
Thank you for such valuable tips to make things easier. I did two video recordings with my friend recently with no preparation, no script, no intro and it was awesome. All we had was a topic.

Totally! It’s such a relief to let all that go and just unleash the flow 😍
